Thank you for shopping at HADA HADA INTERNATIONAL. We are committed to providing high-quality STEM education projects and kits. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your STEM project or kit must meet the following criteria:
Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all components, manuals, and parts included.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Once we receive your item at our Regional facility, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Restocking Fee: Kits returned with missing components or damaged packaging may be subject to a partial refund or a restocking fee.
Certain types of items cannot be returned to HADA HADA INTERNATIONAL, including:
Downloadable software products or digital STEM resources.
Gift cards.
Kits that have been partially or fully assembled, soldered, or modified.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We take pride in the quality of our educational products. If you receive a defective or damaged kit, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will provide a replacement for defective parts or a full exchange for the damaged project at no additional cost to you.
