1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Locations
Hada Hada International STEM currently ships within Ghana for now.
If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to confirm shipping availability.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
- Package weight
- Shipping destination
- Carrier rates
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders above a certain amount.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
6. International Shipping
For international orders:
- Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
- Hada Hada International STEM is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
